Flowers are my passion; I love everything about them, so many colours, textures and delicious smells. Each day I get to pick out beautiful blooms, put them together in luxury wrapping and deliver them for someone else to enjoy. I love my job and wouldn’t change it for the world!
I started my career over 10 years ago and have experienced many aspects of floristry ranging from large corporate events in London to unique flowers for funerals, weddings and other memorable occasions.
Most recently I was the creative director of Lavender Bay Flowers in Bexley. Here I became dedicated to personal service and high standards and established a regular customer base and reputation that stands out from the crowd. Now I am continuing to delight people with fantastic flowers through Florian, a name derived from the Latin word for “florist” and can be defined as a person who loves all things floral. Every flower has a Latin name – one describing the origin, the other describing the flower itself.
